I pre ordered a game (cyberpunk) back in September, if you want a game on launch day I can’t recommend 365 games. I’ve still not received it, but it’s expected 5 days late...The price was £3 cheaper than else where, so good value (if it ever arrives) but not great if you want something at launch. Also customer service is pretty useless, with a response to communications promised within 7 days. I wouldn’t use again or recommend I’m afraid.
Go somewhere more reputable. May be good prices but be prepared to be left disappointed and aggravated should something go wrong.Terrible experience. Item defective, returned for replacement but instead resent same defective item as if wouldn’t notice. When sent back for a final replacement, informed no items left in stock. Over a month of back and forth wasted to end up back at square one.Really slow “customer service” response times.

Great experience. Unsure using new retailers but quick delivery and most competitive prices around has brought me back time after time.
I would just like to say that I really like the site as it's 1 of the best sites for cheap games I have been to so keep up the good work

Great range of products at good prices with free delivery in UK. Good customer loyalty scheme too.
The only place online in the UK with real PS4 controllers in stock and at a good price. Controller was as described with minor packaging display but controller was brand new.
I've been using this site for about 4 years now to pre-order games and so far they've been directly on time with no problems and the price has been great. I do wish the player points you accumulate lasted a bit longer since I really only pre-order about 1-2 games per year and they end up expiring more often than not.

I would have given 5 stars as the service and delivery exceeded my expectation. The problem I have with 365 games is that two days after my order they reduce the price by £6.00. Ok you could say that a lot of companies reduce prices but as i was supposed to have bought the last one they had in stock and now they are claiming to have stock, so much so they have put them on special offer. I now feel ripped off.
Website glitch and doesn't recognise certain genuine Hornby Railways product code "R" numbers.Would have ordered more.Thank you.
